Warranty and Return Conditions

Warranty conditions
All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
  Our products are insured against damages that may occur during transportation. In order to benefit from this insurance service, you can open the packages that you think were damaged during transportation in front of the cargo officer.  check and receive  required. If you detect damage, tears, etc. on the parcel, make sure to keep a report with the cargo authorities and deliver the product.  you do not receive  must. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.


Product Return Policy
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product sent as a return is not in good health to be sold again and if it arrives damaged, no refund will be made for the product. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
